RainbowIt Can Be That Simple

The Essence of Natural Well-Being

A Three Principles workshop with
Christine Heath and Judy Sedgeman

Rainbows, blue skies and warm weather are natural gifts of our lives in Hawaii.   Although we don’t experience these things all of the time, we don’t worry about them coming back again.

This workshop will focus on how to recognize the resilience within you.  Just as rainbows, blue skies and warm weather are always just a day away here, happiness and peace of mind are just a thought away.

The Three Principles – Mind, Thought and Consciousness – are the guiding forces behind all of our experiences.  This workshop will help you awaken to how these Principles work so you can see the the simplicity of happiness and your own innate health.  It is valuable for both health care professionals and for individuals who are experiencing life changes, addictions, emotional of psychological  struggles. What you learn will help you to feel better faster and to make permanent changes in your life.
